How It Works
David's coaching is structured around clear outcomes, tangible progress, and practical action. Sessions are monthly (depends on programme tier) delivered via video call or in person where feasible. Between sessions, you'll have access to frameworks, reflection prompts, and accountability touchpoints to keep momentum alive.
Every programme begins with a foundation session to establish where you are now, what success looks like, and what's genuinely getting in the way. From there, the coaching adapts to your context—there's no rigid curriculum, but there is a clear thread of progress.
David's approach is experiential: you'll work on real challenges in real time, not hypothetical case studies. Expect to be challenged, supported, and held accountable in equal measure.

Ready to be challenged as well as supported
Willing to do the work between sessions
Looking for pragmatic, evidence-based advice—not theory
Navigating complexity, ambiguity, or high-stakes transitions
Prepared to invest in outcomes, not just sessions
If you're looking for someone to tell you you're doing great, David's probably not your coach. If you want someone who'll help you see what's really happening and what to do about it—he is.
How to work with Fran
Fran's coaching is built around five core areas, each designed to address the specific challenges faced by all Individuals, personally or professionally.
Stress & Anxiety – "From Stressed to Strategic"
For: Individuals experiencing chronic stress, decision fatigue, or anxiety that's affecting performance, sleep, or relationships.
What we work on:
Understanding your stress response and nervous system patterns
Practical tools for regulating stress in real time (breathwork, grounding techniques, micro-resets)
Building resilience without adding more to your to-do list
Reframing pressure as a resource, not a threat
Sleep optimisation and energy management
Typical outcomes: Reduced physiological stress response, better sleep, improved decision-making under pressure, greater emotional regulation.
Mental Fitness – "Mental Fitness for all"
For: Individuals who need cognitive clarity, emotional resilience, and sustained focus in high-stakes environments.
What we work on:
Cognitive performance optimisation (focus, memory, processing speed)
Managing mental load and decision fatigue
Building psychological resilience without bypassing difficult emotions
Nutrition for brain health (omega-3s, blood sugar balance, gut-brain axis)
Sustaining performance without stimulant dependency (caffeine, sugar, etc.)
Typical outcomes: Sharper focus, faster decision-making, reduced brain fog, improved emotional regulation, sustained energy without crashes.
Neurodiversity – "Wired Differently, Built to Lead"
For: Individuals and professionals (ADHD, autism, dyslexia, dyspraxia, or self-identified) who want to work with their wiring, not against it.
What we work on:
Understanding your neurotype and how it shows up at work
Designing systems, environments, and routines that support your brain (not neurotypical brains)
Managing sensory overload, executive function challenges, and energy dips
Communicating your needs without apologising for them
Nutrition and lifestyle strategies for neurodivergent nervous systems (dopamine regulation, sensory sensitivities, gut health)
Typical outcomes: Greater self-awareness and self-advocacy, reduced burnout, systems that work for you, improved energy and focus, stronger leadership presence.
Weight Management – "Perform at Your Best Weight"
For: Individuals who want to manage their weight in a sustainable, non-diet way—without restriction, shame, or yo-yoing.
What we work on:
Understanding the root causes of weight gain (stress, blood sugar dysregulation, sleep, hormones, gut health)
Building a healthy relationship with food and your body
Eating for satiety, energy, and performance—not points, macros, or rules
Breaking the stress-eating cycle and emotional eating patterns
Sustainable habits that fit into a high-pressure life
Typical outcomes: Steady, sustainable weight loss (if desired), improved energy, reduced cravings, healthier relationship with food, better body confidence.
Important note: This is not a weight-loss programme in the traditional sense. It's a performance and wellbeing programme that often results in weight changes as a by product of better health.
Healthy Eating – "Fuel Your Ambition"
For: Individuals who want to eat well but are stuck in cycles of convenience food, skipped meals, or energy crashes.
What we work on:
Simple, sustainable eating strategies for high-pressure schedules
Blood sugar balance and energy optimisation
Gut health and digestion (especially if you experience bloating, IBS, or brain fog)
Meal planning and prep that actually works for your life
Reducing reliance on caffeine, sugar, or ultra-processed foods without feeling deprived
Typical outcomes: More consistent energy, fewer cravings, better digestion, improved sleep, greater food confidence.
How Fran's Coaching Works
Fran's coaching is delivered as a 6-month programme, with fortnightly or monthly sessions (depending on your needs and chosen structure). Sessions are typically 60 minutes, delivered via video call, with the option for in-person sessions where feasible.
Every programme begins with a comprehensive foundation session—not a quick chat, but a deep-dive exploration of your health history, current challenges, lifestyle, stressors, and goals. From there, Fran creates a tailored roadmap that adapts as you progress.
Between sessions, you'll have access to:
Practical tools and resources (meal plans, recipes, nervous system regulation practices, sleep protocols)
WhatsApp support for quick questions, accountability, or course-correction
Progress tracking and reflection prompts
Fran's approach is evidence-based but flexible—she doesn't believe in rigid protocols or one-size-fits-all solutions. What works for you depends on your body, your brain, your life, and your goals.
Fran's 6-Month Programme Structure & Pricing
Fran's individual coaching programmes are tailored to your specific needs and can focus on one or multiple specialities. Pricing depends on programme scope, complexity, and level of support required.
Typical investment range: £1,200–£2,400 for a 6-month programme
What influences pricing:
Number of sessions (fortnightly vs. monthly)
Complexity of health challenges (e.g., managing neurodiversity + stress + nutrition is more involved than focusing on healthy eating alone)
Level of between-session support (WhatsApp access, resource creation, meal planning, etc.)
Whether you're working on one speciality or integrating multiple areas
During your initial consultation (free, 30 minutes), Fran will discuss your needs and provide a clear recommendation and transparent pricing.
Who Fran's Coaching Is For
Fran works best with Individuals who are:
Experiencing the physical or mental toll of sustained pressure
Ready to invest in their health and wellbeing as seriously as they invest in their work
Looking for evidence-based, practical strategies—not quick fixes or fads
Willing to be honest about what's really happening (sleep, stress, eating patterns, mental health)
Open to experimenting, adapting, and finding what works for them
If you're looking for a meal plan and a pep talk, Fran's probably not your coach. If you want someone who understands the reality of high-pressure work and will help you build genuine, sustainable wellbeing—she is.
Integrated Coaching
The Complete System
What Is Integrated Coaching?
Integrated Coaching is what happens when David and Fran work with the same client—coordinating their efforts to address both professional performance and personal wellbeing in a single, coherent system.
It's not two separate coaches working in parallel. It's a designed integration: David and Fran communicate regularly about your progress, challenges, and priorities. What emerges in your coaching with Fran (e.g., stress patterns, energy dips, nervous system dysregulation) informs David's strategic work. What surfaces with David (e.g., decision fatigue, leadership transitions, scaling challenges) shapes Fran's wellbeing focus.
The result is coaching that sees you as a whole person—not a leader who happens to have a body, or a person who happens to have a job.
How It Works
Integrated Coaching typically runs over 6 months, with:
Fortnightly or monthly sessions with David (performance, strategy, leadership)
Fortnightly or monthly sessions with Fran (health, nutrition, wellbeing)
Coordinated handovers: David and Fran share anonymised insights and patterns (with your full consent) to ensure their work is aligned
Mid-point and end-of-programme reviews: Joint sessions (optional) where David and Fran reflect on progress and recalibrate the plan together
You'll typically have one session per fortnight—alternating between David and Fran—so the time commitment remains manageable while the depth of support increases.
Who It's For
Integrated Coaching is best suited to:
Founders and senior executives navigating high-stakes growth or transitions who recognise that their wellbeing is no longer optional
Leaders experiencing burnout or chronic stress who need both strategic support and physiological recovery
Neurodivergent professionals who need systems that work for their brain (Fran) and advocacy/positioning strategies for their career (David)
High-performers in transition—career pivots, business scaling, returning to work after health challenges, managing menopause while leading
Anyone who's tried performance coaching or wellbeing coaching separately and felt like something was missing
If you've ever thought, "I can perform or I can be well, but I can't do both at the same time"—this is the programme that proves otherwise.
Typical Investment
£2,800–£3,500 for 6 months, depending on:
Frequency of sessions (fortnightly vs. monthly)
Complexity of challenges being addressed
Level of coordination and support required between sessions
During your initial joint consultation (free, 45 minutes), David and Fran will discuss your needs and provide a clear, transparent recommendation.
What Makes Integrated Coaching Different
Most coaching operates in silos: your executive coach doesn't talk to your therapist; your nutritionist doesn't know what your leadership challenges are; your wellbeing programme doesn't connect to your business strategy.
Integrated Coaching removes those silos.
When David knows that your decision fatigue is being driven by blood sugar crashes and poor sleep (because Fran's identified the pattern), he can adjust his strategic work accordingly.
When Fran knows that your stress spikes are linked to board meetings and investor pressure (because David's working on that with you), she can tailor nervous system regulation practices to those specific triggers.
It's not magic. It's design—and it's what Florui was built to deliver.
